Note: 2 large volumes with full leather editorial binding worked by hand, copper embossed plates with portraits of Manzoni by the sculptor Lucovic Bronislav, title printed in gold on the spine. This edition reproduces in full, in modern characters, the text of the Ventisettana edition. The printing was carried out by the Tipografia Poliglotta Vaticana on handmade paper with watermark by the Magnani brothers of Pescia. The binding in full leather worked by hand with impressions in pure gold is the work of the Legatoria Conti Borbone of Milan. April MCMLXXIII. Copy in perfect condition. Rare to find, especially complete with the plates with beautiful modern stroke.
