1. What We Sell

Antique, rare and second-hand books, prints and manuscripts. Each listing includes Title, Author, Publisher, Year, Binding, Flaws, Format and Price. The photos show the actual condition at the time they were taken.

2. Prices and Orders

Prices are in Euros, including VAT where applicable, excluding shipping costs, which are visible at checkout. The order is finalized upon email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders with an obvious pricing error.

3. Payments

PayPal, Google Pay, credit cards via Shopify, advance bank transfer. Secure and tracked payment.

4. Shipping

Delivery in 1-3 days in Italy, 3-7 days in the EU, 7-15 days outside the EU. BRT / DHL / Poste couriers with tracking. Professional protective packaging for antique books.

5. Returns - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to return the item without giving a reason. Write to info@anticalibreria.it with the subject "Withdrawal Order No. XXX". Return the book intact, in the same condition, carefully packaged within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the error was ours. Refund within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method.

6. Warranty and Complaints

Report any undisclosed flaws with photos to info@anticalibreria.it within 10 days. Minor signs of aging disclosed in the listing are not considered defects. Complaints about website content should be sent to the same address.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Privacy and Cookie Policies are managed via Iubenda. We use Algolia Search and cookie banners with prior consent in accordance with regulations.

8. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All content, listings, photos, trademarks, and the Antica Libreria logo are our property. Do not copy or resell without permission. Use the website only for lawful purposes. We may suspend the service for maintenance or due to force majeure.

9. Amendments, Law and Jurisdiction

Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published here with a new date.

Applicable law: Italian law.
Private consumer: the court of your place of residence (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code).
Business / VAT-registered professional: the competent court of Catania.
