Note: The Italian Society for Art Editions of the State Printing and Mint Group certifies that the plaster for the embossing and the sketch reproduced on the mirror of the box were created specifically by NINO CARUSO. The embossing and the copper-plated silver studs are the work of the "Il Leone" Silversmiths of Florence; the leather, from calf shoulders, is worked with vegetable tanning with tallow and hand-buffered with aniline; the matrices for the impressions on the volume and on the box are hand-engraved on a brass plate. The volume also features a leather bookmark. The volume is contained in an elegant wooden box covered in leather.
